SMUD has a mail-in rebate of $2000-$3500 back when you convert a gas heat source to an all electric heat pump. Already have a heat pump? You can receive $750 back on qualifying upgrades.
Roseville Electric offers a mail-in incentive of $1000 to replace your gas heater for a heat pump. They also have a $500 rebate to upgrade your existing heat pump. Roseville Electric customers can receive $200 for installing a whole house fan and $100 back on smart thermostats.
State of California: Receive an instant $1000 savings with the TECH Clean California program for any heat pump or dual fuel system conversion away from primary gas heat.
Federal Tax Credit with the IRA Act of 2022: Many heat pump systems are eligible for tax credits of up to $2000 while standard air conditioning systems can earn up to a $600 credit. Please consult your tax professional to see if you qualify.
American Standard is offering instant rebates of $200-$650 off of a new central heating and cooling system until June 30th.
Quiet Cool whole house fans: Between now and April 20th we are offering an instant $250 rebate off of the installation of a whole house fan.
