Sometimes can be a bit tricky to get the face of your thermostat off of the wall to change the batteries. Most of the time the best advice is to pull directly straight off the wall toward you.
Depending on your model of thermostat, most use AAA or AA batteries. We are now recommending switching to lithium batteries if possible, as they corrode less than standard alkaline batteries.
