Who We Are
We are a licensed contractor for heating and air conditioning in the Greater Sacramento area. We have been in business since October 1981. Bob Kennedy started in the industry almost 50 years ago. Bob and Rita’s daughter Jennifer grew up working in the office and after college came back into the business where she learned the sales and operations side of the business. In 2010 Jennifer took over the daily operations while Bob and Rita enjoy semi-retirement. Eric Walden and Steve Lopez have both been working for us for over 30 years. We like to think of ourselves as a family owned business even though we are a corporation. We have a service department separate from our installation department, separate from our office staff. What this means for you is that if you have a concern, the proper person is going to be able to take care of you right away.
Bob Kennedy- Owner/ Vice President
Bob has been in the HVAC industry since 1971
His biggest hobby outside of work is classic cars which includes being chairman of Auburn Cruise Nite.
Rita Kennedy- Owner/ Secretary Treasurer
Rita has been in the industry since 1981
Her interests include quilting and volunteering for her local chapter of Project Linus.
Jennifer Kennedy- Owner/ President
Jennifer has officially been in the industry since 2001.
Her hobbies include volunteering for multiple organizations, hiking, and wine tasting with friends.
Steve Lopez- Installation Manager
Steve has been in the HVAC industry since 1982.
He likes target shooting, classic Pontiacs, foosball and gun smithing in his free time.
Eric Walden- Service Technician
Eric has been in HVAC since 1988.
He spends his free time doing electronics repair and hunting.
John Shoemaker- Service Technician
John has been in the industry since 1984.
His hobbies include riding motorcycles with his family.
Danny Comer- Installer
Danny has been an HVAC installer since 1997.
He likes watching football, surfing, and playing video games.
Chris Walden- Installer
Chris has been in the industry since 2012.
He enjoys watching football and basketball as well as playing video games.
Sara Nelson- Office Manager
Sara started as a dispatcher for her father’s appliance company in 2007.
Her favorite activities include cooking and watching movies.
Maya Benitez- Bookkeeper
Maya has been working in accounting for 7 years.
Maya enjoys reading, running, and baking in her free time.
Harriet aka Hattie- CFO
When she isn’t napping or snacking, you can find Hattie in full kitten mode so happy to see us, each and every morning.
