I’ve been a customer of Perfection Home Systems for over 5 years. Their work is impeccable! Recently when the county inspector came to review a new system he said, “I don’t see this kind of excellent work very often”. The Preventative Maintenance plan is great. Fantastic company and services. John S. (the technician) showed up on time to my home in Rancho Cordova and was a class act and very friendly. When it comes to complicated systems like hvac, especially an older model like I have, I prefer someone who can give me perspective and has the experience to make no nonsense recommendations and give excellent advice. I will be a repeat customer based on this experience especially when it comes time to replacing my old unit.

Book early around the weather as I waited over a month for an appointment, but its worth it.

I've used their services a couple of times, now. Once for a fan repair on an old system, in order to stretch a couple more years out. The other for a installation of a new HVAC unit when the old one finally did bite the dust. Both times their staff went what felt like above and beyond in getting the job done as soon as possible with a stead stream of clear communication/updates every step of the way. For the repair, they moved mountains to track down a hard to find part, that shaved a couple days of the original estimated completion during a major heatwave.

I couldn't be more pleased with both the efficiency and the quality of the work that was done on both jobs. Jennifer, the owner, was also incredibly helpful in answering my laundry list of questions. She provided me with everything I'd need in order to make my decision on which new unit I wanted to install, and I'm so far I'm loving it.
